Concept: Mister E-Myst Ery

Mister E's real name is too long. He's from the magical world and his story ties largely in with Shadow from the League of Heroes. At this point he's in this world as a magical consultant for the HU.

He's one of those people born who can't use magic but have a magical immunity. However he wanted magic and there is a long complex process where the magic-less can use magic. He found a way to gain the power of prophecy, and becuase he wanted to be useful to Shadow, he got the power of temporary youth.

He is part chlorophyllian but it doesn't show, but for some reason his chlorophyllian genetics are apparent in his young form he calls Myst. This means he's stronger and has a few plant abilities too.

Mister E has not changed a lot since this old picture, but Myst definitely has, though not by much.
