Concept: The Dr. Omnis Line

I wanted to have someone who had cycled through identities for quite a bit and was sort of like Ben10, a name tossed between good guys and bad guys, so Dr. Omnis was born..

starting from the left, we have Dr. Dev Omnis, a scientist brought in to the Heroes Unlimited facility for research began kidnapping heroes one by one into his Omnis Device and with the push of a button he could use their abilities.

It took a while but he was finally caught and the heroes were free.d Modifications to the device allowed for the powers to remain inside without holding an actual person in it, so they passed it on to one of the maintenance workers at the HU base, Jack Smith, a simple guy who used the abilities well.

Sadly, smith's tenure was short-lived, on his way to propose to his girlfriend, he was mugged and stabbed and killed and the Omnis device was stolen from him by street thug Mack. Mack was none too bright and a little crazed and though he couldn't use the device fully, he still knew power when he had it and used it to commit crimes. He was eventually caught and the device was passed on to Audrey Arthers, scientist on board with HU.
